  • 3-5 RIPE avocados

  • 1/4 C Minced Cilatnro

  • Juice from 1 lime

  • Juice from 1 lemon

  • 2 TBS Minced red onion

  • Salt to taste

  • Optional: kelp sprinkles


1) Start pan on medium-high heat.
2) Crumble in 2-3 links of Filed Roast Sausage either Chipotle or half Chipotle and half Italian.

You may also just use Italian in which case add in 2 TBS Chili powder.
3) Sauté for 3-5 mins.
4) Turn off heat. Set aside.


Make Guacamole!

1) Mash avocados with fork in bowl.

2) Stir in remaining ingredients until well incorporated.
