Ingredients:

  • 1 C cashews (soaked if no Vitamix)

  • 1 TBS lemon juice

  • 3/4 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp white pepper

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ C red bell pepper

  • ½ C nutritional yeast

  • 1/3 C water

Instructions:


1) Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Add water a little at a time.

Cashew sauces and any nut based sauces will always thicken in fridge.
